Eric Dingler provides dedicated support in building relationships with clients to securely address issues that interfere with their success and enjoyment in life. Eric collaborates with clients to develop their goals and achieve the results they desire.
Eric utilizes various approaches to finding the right tools to with the unique issues of each client. He is informed in using person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, existential, experiential. Eric draws upon his skills to paint accurate pictures and see the perspective through the clients’ eyes.
Eric Dingler has 12 years of experience as a Licensed Counselor. He worked for 2 years as a child and adolescent counselor at an inpatient care hospital and for 10 years worked for the Veteran’s Administration helping Veterans and their families. Eric is skilled in working with trauma-based experiences such as PTSD, depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addictions and substance abuse, family and couples counseling. He is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD.
Eric is a native of Arkansas who grew up in North Little Rock. He has remained in Fayetteville since 2000. Eric enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, camping, and gardening.
Eric has particular perspective for working with the military and their families. Eric served 20 years in the Army National Guard with deployments to Iraq and Kosovo.
