Jennifer Leigh Niles, Licensed Professional Counselor, MS, LPC, LMFT, RYT

Jennifer Niles is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. She has been practicing for more than 15 years. She enjoys working with clients who are looking for ways to create sustainable life changes in their physical, emotional, spiritual and relational health. She works with clients to reduce stress and anxiety, increase self-awareness and create healthier connections and relationships with themselves and others. She works with clients facing health challenges such as depression, anxiety, eating and weight concerns, trauma, and chronic pain management. She sees the client as an integrated mind-body system and often works in supporting the client to learn from the wisdom and experience of their body, to help in their healing and growth process.

Along with dialogue, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness based stress reduction exercises, she likes to integrate yoga techniques, such as yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness and meditation practices. Her goal is to help clients access more of their story and emotions to increase connection and health.
